According to ChainCatcher, Singaporean company Davis Commodities has announced the launch of a digital asset treasury strategy and a blockchain-driven agricultural tokenization platform. The platform will convert physical commodities such as sugar, rice, and cooking oil into tokenized digital assets. The platform is based on smart contract settlement, supports on-chain supply chain tracking and tokenized collateral, allowing institutional lenders to collateralize tokenized goods. Davis Commodities previously announced a $30 million strategic growth plan, of which 40% will be allocated to Bitcoin reserves as a strategic financial asset.
