According to reports from Wu, the Governor of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Malhotra stated that the central bank's stance on cryptocurrencies remains unchanged, expressing ongoing concerns about their potential risks to financial stability and monetary policy.

Although the Supreme Court ruled that 'banning cryptocurrencies is impractical' and urged the government to quickly establish a regulatory framework, the RBI emphasized that there is currently no new progress, and related issues are still under review by the government committee.
