According to BlockBeats, on May 24, Sui official stated on social media that Cetus initiated a community voting proposal to return frozen funds through protocol upgrades. The Sui team decided to support the proposal but added two conditions.
Sui official will remain neutral on the voting results and waive voting rights, designing and executing decision-making processes that reflect the collective will of the community. Cetus must publicly commit to utilizing all financial resources to recover assets and ensure all users receive full compensation.
