Without proper risk management, no trader can survive long term.
If you protect your capital,
you stay in the market longer.
And the longer you stay, the more you learn and improve.
A simple rule to follow:
Never risk more than 5% to 10% of your capital on a single trade.
For example:
If you are trading with 100 dollars,
your maximum loss on one trade should be only 5 to 10 dollars.
Even if the market later moves in your direction,
discipline always comes first.
Trading is not only about entries and profits.
It is about patience, discipline, and consistency.
