According to PANews, the 214th Ethereum Execution Layer Core Developers Meeting revisited previous decisions and agreed to maintain the Fusaka upgrade's scope with the addition of EIP 7939. Developers confirmed the inclusion of 12 EIPs in the Fusaka upgrade: EIP-7594, EIP-7823, EIP-7825, EIP-7883, EIP-7892, EIP-7917, EIP-7918, EIP-7935, EIP-7951, EIP-7907, EIP-7934, and the newly added EIP-7939.
Adjustments were made to certain EIP implementation details, including reducing the contract code size limit in EIP-7907 from 256KB to 48KB, modifying the blob base fee parameter in EIP-7918 from 2^14 to 2^13, and transferring the maximum blob count parameter from EIP-7892 to EIP-7594. The meeting concluded that Fusaka Devnet 2 would launch on June 23, provided at least three consensus layer and three execution layer client teams are ready.
Additionally, developers discussed two new proposals for the Glamsterdam upgrade. However, due to insufficient testing data, some parameter adjustments will be postponed to the Devnet 3 phase.
