DeSci may have little substance today, but connecting a researcher working on developing the first curative drug for women facing stage IV breast cancer with potential funding via crypto rails feels like a net positive for the industry and world in the long run.

Founders should think of a token as a product - start with an MVP and add complexity to the model & utility over time as you get real data about how the market & users are interacting with it

A big reason why most crypto investors dismissed the payments sector in the last few years as "not interesting" is because they love investing in science fair projects that are a decade too early and not commercially/technically viable

Timing > Narrative

Tether and Circle are certainly the stablecoin winners thus far but the game is far from over and in fact more competitive post-PMF

Looking forward to the fireworks after more tech giants and commercial banks enter the arena
