Big news from Central Asia! 🇰🇬

Kyrgyzstan has officially launched its national stablecoin (KGST) in partnership with Binance, the world’s largest crypto exchange.

This comes after a series of meetings between Kyrgyz officials and Binance co-founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ), who’s been actively promoting blockchain and crypto adoption across the region.

💡 Key Highlights:

KGST is hosted on the BNB Chain, pegged 1:1 to the Kyrgyz national currency.

A CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency) is also set to launch — used mainly for government payments.

Kyrgyzstan plans to build a National Cryptocurrency Reserve, holding BNB among other assets — inspired by El Salvador and the U.S.

Binance Academy programs have been launched at 10 major institutions to boost blockchain education.

The Binance App is now available in the Kyrgyz language, and a massive crypto meetup in Bishkek drew over 1,000 attendees!

CZ shared updates on X after meeting the National Council for the Development of Virtual Assets and Blockchain Technologies, marking another major step toward nationwide Web3 integration.

This move strengthens Binance’s global influence — and puts Kyrgyzstan on the crypto map. 🌏
