What is APR in Binance?

In Binance, APR stands for Annual Percentage Rate.

It represents the estimated yearly return (in percentage) you can earn on your crypto investment, such as through staking, liquidity farming, savings, or Launchpool programs.

🔹 How APR Works in Binance

It shows how much profit you can earn in one year if the rate stays constant.

For example, if you stake 100 USDT with a 10% APR, you could earn about 10 USDT in one year.

If you stake for a shorter time, your earnings are proportionally smaller.

🔹 APR vs. APY

Sometimes you’ll also see APY (Annual Percentage Yield):

APR doesn’t include compound interest.

APY includes compounding — meaning if your rewards are automatically reinvested, you’ll earn slightly more.

Example:

10% APR → 10% return per year (simple interest)

10% APY → around 10.5% return per year (compounded monthly)

🔹 In Binance Earn

You might see:

Flexible Savings APR: daily variable rate based on market demand.

Locked Staking APR: fixed rate for a specific duration (e.g., 30, 60, 90 days).

Liquidity Farming APR: variable rate depending on pool activity and fees.
