🚨 MicroStrategy Buys the Dip Saylor Adds $357M in Bitcoin 🚨 Michael Saylor’s MicroStrategy isn’t slowing down on its Bitcoin accumulation. Despite recent volatility, the company has added another 3,018 $BTC to its treasury, spending about $356.9M at an average price of $115,829 per coin. According to the SEC filing, the purchase took place between August 18–24, right as Bitcoin was facing downward pressure. This buy far outweighs their previous weekly purchases — 430 BTC last week and 155 BTC the week before. With this addition, MicroStrategy now controls an enormous 632,457 BTC (valued near $71.1B today), well above its total cost basis of $46.5B. Saylor highlighted that adopting the Bitcoin Standard has paid off — MicroStrategy’s stock has outperformed nearly every major index and even the “Magnificent 7” tech giants over the last five years. 🟡 The move continues to inspire others: Metaplanet (Japan): Recently added another 103 BTC (~$11.7M), bringing its holdings to almost 19,000 BTC. SharpLink: Building reserves in Ethereum, currently holding 740,760 ETH. Reports suggest firms like Galaxy Digital, Jump Crypto, and Multicoin Capital are eyeing a $1B Solana treasury strategy. 📉 Meanwhile, retail investors appear to be pulling back from Bitcoin. CryptoQuant’s Julio Moreno noted that the Bull Score Index is flashing bearish — a sign similar to past market cycles.
