📣 Ethereum Devs 🚦 Postpone "Fusaka" Upgrade Timeline 🗓️

According to a summary from Ethereum developer @timbeiko, the "Fusaka" upgrade's original timeline has been postponed due to stability issues on Devnet-4 💥. A new testnet (Devnet-5) 🧪 will be launched to resolve these problems.

For the upcoming "Glamsterdam" upgrade, EIP-7732 (ePBS) and EIP-7928 (Block-Level Access Lists) have been confirmed ✅ as core proposals, while the 6-second slot EIP has been removed ❌.
