Stock index futures were mixed on Thursday as investors digested earnings from Alphabet and Tesla, while markets also monitored news about President Donald Trump’s planned visit to the Federal Reserve.
S&P 500 futures were up 0.1%,
Nasdaq 100 futures rose 0.4%,
while Dow Jones futures slipped 0.3%.
The 10-year U.S. Treasury yield held steady at 4.40%, while the 2-year yield inched up 1 basis point to 3.90%.
On Wednesday, Wall Street closed higher after President Trump announced a “massive” trade agreement with Japan and reports suggested that a deal with the EU might be close as well.
Bitcoin continues to hold its ground. It hasn't dropped below 117K. Those expecting a major crash are left disappointed.
