According to Bloomberg, Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino said the company is planning to re-enter the U.S. market with a focus on institutional clients, offering stablecoins for payments, interbank settlements, and trading. He emphasized that Tether has no intention of going public and will continue to prioritize emerging markets while expanding in the U.S.

Law firms have named Solana Foundation, Solana Labs, and Jito executives as “co-conspirators” in their lawsuit against Pumpfun, initially filed in January. It sued Jito CEO Lucas Bruder and COO Brian Smith as well as Pump co-founders Alon Cohen, Dylan Kerler, and Noah Bernhard Hugo Tweedale.
