🧠 Vitalik Isn’t Sold on Token-Based UBIs Like $WLD
In a recent comment, Vitalik Buterin said:
“Personally, I do not expect such tokens to be worth anywhere close to enough to pay for a person’s subsistence.”
🔥 That’s a clear reality check for anyone banking on token-based Universal Basic Income to be financially sustainable long-term.
UBI via tokens = cool idea
But is it economically viable? Vitalik’s not convinced.
