Terms & Conditions:

  • Only verified users who have successfully registered for a Binance account will be eligible to participate in the Promotion.

  • To access Binance Pay, download the latest Binance App, or upgrade your Binance App to iOS v2.47.0 or Android v2.47.0, or later.

  • Only eligible users who use Binance Pay and reach the minimum spending requirement with Qualified Binance Pay Merchants, will qualify for rewards on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Binance will use the real-time cryptocurrency to EUR exchange rate at the time of purchase to check if users have fulfilled the minimum spending requirement during the Promotion Period.

  • Each eligible user shall receive a maximum of one 5 EURI reward during the Promotion Period.

  • EURI rewards will be distributed to all eligible users within 30 days after the end of the Promotion Period. 

  • Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants that, in its reasonable opinion, are acting fraudulently or not in accordance with any applicable terms and conditions.

  • Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine, amend and/or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending these promotions, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of users entitled to receive vouchers, and the timing of any act to be done, and all users shall be bound by these amendments and announcements by Binance.
