The Sui community proposal titled "Whether to Return Stolen Assets of the Cetus Protocol Through a Special Transaction" has currently received nearly 53% of votes in favor, and the proposal has been passed. The multisig wallet, jointly managed by the Sui Foundation and OtterSec, will transfer approximately $162 million in frozen funds from the attacker's address to the multisig wallet.
