🚀 5 INSIGHTS FROM ETHCC 2024 IN BRUSSELS! 🟢

First of all, HAPPY 9TH BIRTHDAY to Ethereum! Yes, exactly today 9 years ago, Ethereum came to life with incredible opportunities for developers, crypto enthusiasts & the rest of the world! As the founder of the startup "Bonuz", which uses a lot of the technology Ethereum has to offer, I am super proud to be part of this incredible 9-year journey!

🚀 Here are 5 insights from my trip to the ETHCC 2024 event:

1️⃣ Web3 UX Progress 🛠️
Web3 user experience has vastly improved, with significant strides made since last year. Innovations like the MetaMask Delegation Toolkit show that practical solutions are now in play. Teams like Coinbase and ZeroDev are pioneering smart contract accounts, moving beyond mere discussions to actionable solutions.

2️⃣ Consumer Dapps Needed 📱
While UX has improved, the ecosystem still lacks engaging consumer dapps to attract the next billion users. The issue lies in funding priorities and regulatory clarity. Consensys is tackling these problems head-on, seeking regulatory clarity and funding innovative builders.

3️⃣ L2 Security Collaboration 🛡️
Layer 2 rollups are critical for Ethereum's scalability, with a focus on zero-knowledge rollups. Enhanced collaboration is needed to improve transparency and fraud-proof systems, addressing vulnerabilities and ensuring a secure, decentralized network.

4️⃣ AI and Blockchain Integration 🤖
The fusion of AI and blockchain could unlock new possibilities for dapps. AI's capabilities in data analytics and decision-making, combined with blockchain's transparency and security, promise innovative business models and operational efficiencies.

Side events at EthCC 2024 were pivotal for community building, offering intimate access to speakers and product teams. These events are essential for networking and collaboration.

#EthCC Pour sa 8e édition, l'Ethereum Community Conference (EthCC) posera ses valises pour la première fois à Cannes. Du 30 juin au 3 juillet prochains, plusieurs figures de l'écosystème sont attendues, dont Vitalik Buterin, le fondateur d'Ethereum (ETH), Charles Guillemet, le directeur technique de Legder, ou encore Sergey Nazarov, le cofondateur de Chainlink (LINK).

Organisé par l'association Ethereum France, l'évènement attend plus de 6 400 personnes cette année, 390 intervenants, et devrait compter non moins de 580 side events. En outre, 64 sponsors soutiennent ce rendez-vous, dont des acteurs célèbres comme Robinhood, Polygon (POL), Base ou bien Lido.

Côté tarifs, les billets d'entrée vont de 125 euros à 1 500 euros en fonction de la formule choisie, tandis qu'une formule étudiante gratuite est déjà complète
