The Verification Collaborators function lets you invite related parties to collaborate in the Entity Verification process. For example, you can ask them to provide additional information or upload the required documents.
If you’re the account holder, you have the authority to invite collaborators and review their submissions. Once all the collaborators have submitted their information, you need to review and verify the accuracy of their submissions. Please note that only the account holder has the final submission authority.
1. Click [Add] under [Application Collaborators].
2. Enter the collaborator’s email address. You can add a remark for the role for your reference. Click [Send Invite].
3. Verify with your 2FA devices, and your invitation will be sent to the collaborator.
4. After the collaborator accepts your invite, you can see the icon of collaborators next to [Current collaborators].
5. You can resend your invitation or remove any collaborator.
If you’re a collaborator, you should complete and submit the information you have promptly. The account holder will then review and submit the verification.
Please note that collaborators won’t be able to view details submitted by other collaborators and don’t have the authority to submit the application.
1. Click [Start] in the invitation email you receive.
2. You’ll be redirected to log in to your Binance account. If you don’t have a Binance account, please register with the email from which you received the invitation.
3. Go to [Profile] - [Dashboard] and click [Provide Information Now].
4. Answer a question about the entity and accept the invitation.
5. Click [Related Parties] or [Upload Documents] to provide information as instructed. Please note that you don’t have to complete every section. For example, if you are the entity's Director, go to the [Director(s) or Equivalent Person] section and follow the instructions to complete it.
6. Click [Submit] to complete your part as a collaborator.
