Last week, @Gemini lodged a complaint with the Inspector General of the @CFTC regarding the conduct of 9 lawyers in the Division of Enforcement. For 7 years, these lawyers misused their offices and millions of taxpayer dollars to engage in trophy-hunting lawfare against Gemini to advance their careers. They investigated and sued Gemini — an innocent party – to serve their personal interests even though they knew Gemini was in fact the victim of a multi-million dollar rebate fraud.

The SEC's only Democratic Commissioner, Caroline Crenshaw, continues to double down on Gary Gensler's "everything is a security" mandate. Most recently, she disagreed with the SEC's guidance that staking is NOT a security. Democrats are not tired of losing elections yet.

The Fed just ended its 2022 and 2023 guidance that held banks that had crypto customers and crypto activities to a double standard. Huge step in continuing to wind down the War on Crypto and Operation Chokepoint 2.0. Onward!
