The world has been chaotic recently, like a makeshift troupe.

I tried to tell her like a news anchor that the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the hell in Gaza, Sudan, Yemen, Myanmar, and Syria are all experiencing civil wars, the terror activities in the Sahel region, tribal conflicts in Congo, and many hotspots where conflicts might escalate.
But to be honest, I couldn't explain it in detail like a scripture, and she definitely wouldn't have the patience to listen. I could only tell her that yes, the world is not completely at peace, it's just that you have experienced very little of it.
She looked at me and said, oh, as if you have experienced more.
I was speechless. Yes, I haven't experienced war either. I was like a rural kid who had never seen the world, finding everything fascinating. At that time, I was very innocent and pure. My first job was as a waiter, and I was the youngest. I got to know many colleagues, and everyone generally took good care of me. We worked together, laughed and joked together, went to internet cafes together, and even got into fights together. Those days were truly wonderful, but as time passed, one by one, they left me. I was very sad; I didn’t want to part ways with them, but back then, I didn’t know that survival meant having to do so. Eventually, they all sought new paths and went to better cities to strive for success, while I could only deeply hide those beautiful memories in my mind. I miss them so much; this longing is deeply etched in the depths of my mind. I hope they are doing well. The most beautiful things are often those experienced in the early days of ignorance. Today, I never expected a short video would awaken memories that have been sealed for many years. I don’t know whether I should be happy or sad; I can’t express this feeling.
