Last year, I got to be on the floor of the @NYSE when @Grayscale rang the bell for their BTC ETF, and wow, what a moment. Honestly, it was surreal to witness history in real time.
For a little context: the first U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs launched on January 11, 2024. Big deal because, unlike futures-based ETFs, these actually hold Bitcoin, giving everyday investors a way to access it through traditional markets.
A huge milestone for crypto… and one I’ll never forget.
Last year, I crossed a big one off my bucket list, driving cross-country from NYC to Seattle, landing on Lummi Island for a month before making the return trip.
It was nothing short of magical, a once-in-a-lifetime adventure I’ll treasure forever. While we were there, we renovated an old fishing cabin into an honor-system store… and naturally, we brought it onchain.
