From what I’ve seen in my first month in Dubai ,the city is packed with crypto folks but everyone seems to work in silos. There’s no strong community vibe, no common coworking spaces where builders meet, exchange ideas, or work together.

Over-invest in structure, hiring, layers of managers. If you can maintain the right balance post-TGE, you’re definitely going to make it !!

Less events → More shipping
Vanity metrics → Real traction
KOL pump → user love
Pitch decks → Working products

Not-so-hot take: Building a legit product in web3 is hard because if it’s not making people money, most just don’t care.
