🐋A "Bearwhale" is a crypto investor with a huge amount of coins/tokens who sells them all at once

🐋This term combines "bear" (someone who thinks prices will fall) with "whale" (a large holder)

🐋They have enough crypto to crash the market price when they sell

🐋Bearwhales often create a massive "sell wall" on exchanges that drives prices down

🐋They can also create panic in the market as others rush to sell too

🐋Sometimes they do this intentionally to buy back at lower prices

🐋Other traders watch for Bearwhales as a warning sign of possible price drops

🐋Their large sells appear as dramatic vertical lines on trading charts

🐋They can sometimes be an early investor or project founder cashing out

🐋The opposite would be a "Bullwhale" who makes massive buys to drive prices up
