We spend so much time worrying where the next pile of money will come from but it always arrives

Boomers had 40 years of bull markets

We get 4-year crypto cycles

Might need patience until 2026, but nothing else builds wealth this efficiently

Einstein called compound interest the 8th wonder. I wonder what he would think of crypto cycles.

One year ago: "ETH is ded, SOL will flip it"
Today: "Always believed in ETH, been holding since ICO"

Same accounts, completely opposite takes

Following CT is a guaranteed way to go poor

Banks and corps piling into stablecoins reminds me of tech companies piling into the metaverse

Except with fundamentals

If you told people in 2017 the best use case for crypto were centralized coins pegged to a dollar they would be disappointed

Mainstream acceptance is great but this wasn't the dream

Crypto is a 401K plan that takes 4 years instead of 40

We may have to wait until 2026 but there is still no better way to create wealth than crypto

Feels great logging in here not having to hear how bad ETH is whilst the entire industry is rugging its participants

Second part is still true but at least ETH is pumping

ETH pumping like its finally going to break this god forsaken range to $3k+

Revenue meta is bearish

Crypto used to trade on dreams. Now we're applying tradfi metrics on an industry that is overvalued 100x by those said metrics.

Sure market maturation. That means lower returns.

While it outperforms 90% of alts that were supposed to replace it.

Your favorite alt was mass extracting at the same time ETH is being scooped up by institutions

The airdrop meta is cooked

Airdrops are valuable when people least expect them - that happens over years when products can fly under the radar.

After a two year bull run in airdrops that is not the case

Outperformance in BTC did not flow to alts.

Outperformance in ETH won't either.

The rising tide lifts all boats era is over. Each asset trades on its own merits now.

My base case is longer cycle + surprise upside in majors
