十三部门新规之下，中国Web3时代何去何从 这次新规跟 21 年的 924 文件比，本质差别很大。旧规其实就只是明确了虚拟货币交易的违法性，简单说就是买 U 卖 U 不能干，只讲了违法的问题。但新规不一样，核心是更侧重部门联合打击，不是光说违法，而是明确表示要主动出手打击这类行为。 第二个区别就是新规成立了联合协调机制。可以这么理解，以前只是划条红线说 “这个行为不能干”，现在是直接组建了专门的队伍，摆明了 “这次就是专门来打击这类行为的”。 还有个关键点，新规直接点出了虚拟币里的稳定币，像 USDT、USDC 这种和法币绑定的稳定币都被盯上了。这次 13 部委的新规里，明确要打击这类稳定币，还指出稳定币主要涉嫌三类问题：一是洗钱，二是诈骗，三是被地下钱庄利用，通过相关金融交易把国内的钱转移出去。 所以我觉得，这次 13 部委的新规，打击力度肯定远远超过之前的规定，估计未来两三个月行业里会有一轮大清洗。 新规的目的不是终止，而是规则下的重建。虚拟货币相关的业务在国内已经无法生存，但是区块链技术的合法发展仍然具有广阔的前景，在监管的框架内实现可持续化发展 #web3 #美SEC推动加密创新监管 #宏观经济 #加密市场回调
