The cryptocurrencies in the crypto world can be roughly divided into three categories:

1️⃣

Strong speculative coins:

The fundamentals of this type are relatively good, usually supported by institutions or large investors. During significant market downturns, their declines are relatively small, and volatility is a key feature. Once the market warms up, they usually recover and surge first.

2️⃣

Shitcoins:

This type of coin has almost no fundamentals, long-term lack of institutional participation, and may experience sustained declines or sideways movement for more than ten days, with transaction volumes remaining low for a long time. These coins cannot be effectively predicted through volume-price relationships, and may attract newcomers or adventurers to chase them in the short term, but typically drop back quickly and become silent thereafter.

3️⃣

Coins that fall between the first two categories:

The fundamentals of this type are relatively good, average, or just a gimmick, and institutions occasionally create hype around them, but their sustainability is weak. Once they attract enough attention, they often go back into hiding.
