Look at the chart below. Every time NUPL hits Capitulation, It has called the bottom. CAPITULATION = BUY. Now, here’s the REAL secret: When NUPL reaches the "Euphoria" zone, Its's a strong signal to take profits. Why? This indicates that the market is overly optimistic And a correction is likely.
