🔥 Contracts are not a casino; they are a practice.
People who just entered the crypto space often think that contracts are a shortcut to getting rich.
Leveraging, making big bets, it seems like overnight wealth is just around the corner.
But after ten years in the market, I have seen too many people become "bag holders" due to frequent operations, emotional highs, and blind gambling, ultimately leading to their downfall.
Today, I will share four iron rules.
I won’t teach you how to get rich quickly; I will teach you how to survive longer.
Because in the crypto space—only those who can survive have the right to talk about making money.
First Rule: Never go all in.
Seeing the market surge and going all in is the starting point for most people’s liquidation.
Your position should be like a parachute—it can save you in critical moments.
Always leave some room with every move you make, so even if you are wrong, you can recover.
Remember, your position is not about courage; it’s about your bottom line.
Second Rule: Go with the trend.
The market is always smarter than individuals.
Most people like to buy at the bottom and fear buying at the top, resulting in deeper losses and more panic.
Don’t guess tops and bottoms when the trend hasn’t broken; it’s easier to follow the market.
Market inertia is stronger than emotions; don’t go against it.
Third Rule: Take profit and cut losses; they are your talismans.
No matter how accurate your judgment is, it cannot stop a moment of greed.
I set take profit and stop-loss on all my trades—losses should not exceed 5%, and gains should exceed 5%.
Stick to these three principles: small losses, big gains, stability, and you can steadily rise.
Fourth Rule: Less action is a sign of a master.
Many people make five or six trades a day, busy as if they are at work.
But true masters only make two or three trades a week and earn more steadily.
Trading is not about desperation; it’s about waiting.
The market is not lacking in opportunities; it’s lacking in patience.
These four rules sound simple, yet they are lessons I learned from ten years of struggle.
Don’t be superstitious about techniques, and don’t be obsessed with frequency.
If you can maintain your position, resist temptation, and control your hands, you have already surpassed 90% of people.
