Evernorth Plans Nasdaq Listing Through Merger to Become Largest XRP Holder
According to Foresight News, cryptocurrency company Evernorth, backed by Ripple, has announced its intention to list on Nasdaq through a merger with Armada Acquisition Corp II. The company aims to raise over $1 billion and become the largest XRP fund pool, as well as the U.S. stock market-listed company with the most XRP holdings. The merger is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.
