The Black Lives Matter movement has sued the Soros-funded Tides Foundation, claiming that Soros is holding $33.4 million of BLM's funds.
BLM accuses the Tides Foundation, supported by George Soros, of fraudulent business practices and gross mismanagement of funds, demanding their return.
Last week, the case escalated when BLM appealed to the California Attorney General to intervene and investigate Tides.
