💥 @Polkadot Network Becomes Hong Kong's First Recognized "Strategic Enterprise" Blockchain Ecosystem!
Just now, @PolkaPort_East announced that @Polkadot has officially been recognized by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government as a strategic enterprise ecosystem, becoming the first blockchain project in Hong Kong to achieve this status.
The signing ceremony was personally hosted by the Financial Secretary Paul Chan, with representatives including Ken Kappler from @Web3foundation, and Vincent Chan, Thibault Perréard, and Max Rebol from the PolkaPort East team.
Polkadot is now officially joining OASES (Innovation and Technology Ecosystem Alliance), alongside well-known tech companies such as GSK, ARM China, and Xiaohongshu (RED).
This event has garnered significant attention from mainstream media in China and internationally, with several media outlets, including Xinhua News Agency, extending interview invitations to Polkadot.
This signing is not only a milestone of symbolic significance but also the starting point for Polkadot's long-term layout in Hong Kong.
In the future, OASES will serve as a bridge platform to help Polkadot Hub and Polkadot Cloud open cooperation opportunities to more local institutions and enterprises,
while also benefiting from Hong Kong's open and friendly cryptocurrency regulatory environment.
