The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has authorized NYSE Arca to modify the listing of two significant Ethereum products. On September 19, 2025, NYSE Arca requested the modification of Rule 8.201-E (Non-Generic) of the Grayscale Ethereum Trust ETF and the Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust ETF to Rule 8.201-E (Generic).
