🦠 New Malware Targets Cryptocurrency Users
Analysts discovered ModStealer — a stealthy virus that is almost invisible to antivirus tools. It spreads through fake job advertisements and runs on Windows, Linux, and macOS.
It steals wallet extensions, system data, private keys, seed phrases, and API keys, sending them to remote servers. On macOS, it is installed as a “helper” and runs at startup.
