Golden Finance reported that the U.S. Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to rule on the legality of Trump's comprehensive global tariffs. Previously, a lower court ruled that most of the tariffs imposed by Trump were an overreach of authority, meaning the tariffs were invalid. After the Trump administration requested the Supreme Court to review the case last week, the latter acted swiftly. The Supreme Court will expedite the hearing of this case, scheduling oral arguments for the first week of November. The justices also agreed to hear another challenge to Trump's tariffs brought by the family toy company Learning Resources.
