Last week on 9/3, I withdrew money through C2C, which led to my bank card being frozen.
It still hasn't been unfrozen.
However, this bank card only contains funds sent by merchants, and none of my own funds.
After the customer service investigation, there is no problem with the bank card; it can still be used for normal transfers.
Only my bank card has been frozen, and the bank's response is that it will take 2 to 5 business days to provide a reply.
So everyone, when withdrawing money in the future, try to choose withdrawal methods like VX or ZFB. If possible, you can apply for a Hong Kong card. When selecting C2C merchants, try to choose those certified by Binance.
