$BMT : Community voting determines rewards, more effort earns more fairly

In the Bubblemaps ecosystem, the amount of rewards one can receive is not determined by the platform, but by the votes of the $BMT holders, which is particularly fair.

For example, if the community wants to adjust the reward ratio, should it give a little more to the proposers or a little more to the investigative detectives? The BMT holders vote to decide; when a new feature (like cross-chain monitoring) is introduced, should there be a dedicated reward? That also needs to be approved by vote. Previously, a user proposed "to increase rewards for detectives who uncover complex scam clues," and during the vote, the majority of BMT holders agreed, and soon after, the reward rules were changed to encourage more people to conduct in-depth investigations.

This method of "voting to determine rewards" ensures that rewards go to those who truly contribute to the ecosystem, allowing more effort to earn more, and preventing situations where "those who work harder get less." @Bubblemaps.io #Bubblemaps
