will automatically close all open positions of the USDⓈ-M LEVERUSDT Perpetual Contracts on September 3, 2025, at 09:00 UTC and carry out a settlement. The contract will then be delisted. No new positions can be opened from 08:30 UTC on the same day.

During the last hour before the settlement, the Futures Insurance Fund will not support liquidations; these will be executed as one-time Immediate or Cancel (IOCO) orders in the market. If the IOCO does not sufficiently reduce, Auto-Deleveraging (ADL) will take effect.

Binance reserves the right to take short-term measures such as adjusting leverage, margin, or funding rates to protect against volatility. Users should close their positions early to avoid risks and $automatic liquidations.

These measures are intended to protect users in volatile market phases and to ensure an orderly exit from the contract.
