The visuals of Bubblemaps always remind me of the feeling of 'truth revelation'.
When I first opened it, I saw colorful bubbles. Out of curiosity, I clicked on them and discovered that behind those bubbles were massive whale positions, funds kept by project teams, and even hidden connections between them. In that moment, I felt a tightness in my chest: it turned out that much of what we thought was 'decentralization' was actually just an illusion.
This reminded me of the financial report disclosures in the stock market. Investors always need to see the real flow of funds to make judgments. What Bubblemaps does is turn this disclosure into an intuitive visual. It allows the community to stand on an almost equal footing with project teams for the first time.
