According to a report from HashKey, Pyth Network has announced that it has been selected by the U.S. Department of Commerce for the verification and distribution of on-chain economic data. This collaboration with Pyth is not limited to the release of one-time data; it is laying the groundwork for a strategic partnership between the Department of Commerce and the Pyth Network. Initially, Pyth will provide quarterly GDP data from the past five years, and its contributors plan to expand this initiative to support a broader range of economic datasets.
