Telegram founder Durov stated that a year ago, the French police detained me for four days because some people I had never heard of used its platform to coordinate crimes. Arresting the CEO of a large platform due to user behavior is unprecedented and, legally and logically, quite absurd. A year later, the 'criminal investigation' against me is still desperately searching for any fault of mine or Telegram's.
