The downtrend still dominates the market, so we should firmly adhere to the high selling strategy in our operations.
Focus on the 112000 - 113000 range for upper resistance. Short orders can be placed in this area. The lower targets are successively at 111000 (short-term support), 109000 (medium-term key level), and 108000 (previous low reference). Take profits in batches and closely follow the downtrend rhythm.
ETH Analysis
Ethereum's daily candlestick presents a special structure: the upper rail opens downward to suppress, while the middle and lower rails open upward, forming a triangular convergence pattern, with a directional choice imminent. The daily candlestick middle rail consistently provides effective support, limiting the depth of price declines, but the MACD bearish momentum continues to increase, and KDJ and RSI turn downward, indicating a pullback demand. Since the price is difficult to break below the support, be wary of the "low-volume upward inducement" trap. Operations should also be mainly high selling (if it pulls back to fill the gap first, subsequent gains will be more sustainable).
Pay attention to the 4570 - 4670 range for upper resistance, where short orders can be placed. The lower targets are successively at 4500 (first line of defense for middle rail support), 4400 (secondary support), and 4300 (lower edge of the convergence pattern). Set strict stop-loss orders to deal with breakout risks.
