Activity A: Invite friends to open BNB or ETH token vouchers
How to participate:
Step 1: Visit the activity page and click [OK] to confirm your participation.
Step 2: Invite a friend/friends via the referral link/code to complete the following tasks during the promotional period. For each successful referral* that completes the following tasks, you and your friend will be eligible to open a reward box upon completing each task:
Trade a cumulative amount of at least $200 through Binance Spot (buy order only) or Convert (buy order only)
Trade a cumulative amount of at least $500 through Binance Spot (buy order only) or Convert (buy order only)
Step 3: Open the reward box on the activity page to claim your rewards. Token vouchers will be distributed to both the referrer’s reward center and the referred person accordingly.
Please note:
*A successful referral refers to a newly referred user who registers through the referrer’s professional referral link/code during the promotional period, completes the required tasks, and passes the platform's risk assessment (including KYC processes).
Each qualified user can open up to 10 reward boxes on a first-come, first-served basis.
New users (referees) can also open reward boxes by completing their tasks, with a maximum of one reward box per task.
Activity B: Complete the additional referral incentive to open up to 1 ETH!
All qualified referrers who meet both requirements below during the promotional period will be ranked based on the number of successful referrals obtained during the promotional period:
Get at least 15 successful referrals; and
Ensure that the cumulative trading volume of all successful referrals during the promotional period equals at least $10,000.

Terms and Conditions:
Only users in specific regions are eligible to participate in this promotional event. Users can review the activity page to check their eligibility to participate. Users in restricted areas are excluded from participating in the Binance referral program as referrers or referees.
These terms and conditions ("Activity Terms") govern user participation in the referral campaign ("Activity"). By participating in this Activity, users agree to these terms and conditions, in addition to the following additional terms: (a) Binance terms and conditions for promotional prize offers; (b) Binance terms of use; (c) Binance privacy notice; all of which are incorporated by reference to these terms and conditions.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Activity Terms and any other incorporated terms, the provisions of these Activity Terms shall prevail, followed by the following in order of priority, to the extent of such conflict: (a) Binance terms and conditions for prize offers; (b) Binance terms of use; and (c) Binance privacy notice.
All trading volumes on zero-fee trading pairs and USDT/DAI, as well as any transfer trades between USDT and USDC and FDUSD, TUSD, DAI, USDP, USTC, BUSD, AEUR, and EURI, will not be counted as valid trading volume.
Binance will use the USDC trading pair price at the time of trading to calculate the value of trades executed on the Binance Spot or Convert platform during the activity period. In the absence of a USDC trading pair for a particular cryptocurrency, it will be converted to a token or currency that has a USDC pair to determine its value.
In compliance with MiCA requirements, unauthorized stablecoins are subject to certain restrictions for users in the European Economic Area. The trading volumes of all FDUSD, TUSD, and USDT trading pairs will not count towards the trading volume requirements for users in the European Economic Area in this promotion. Each new user can be referred to Binance via only one referral setup. If a new user signs up for an account on Binance through the professional referral setup, neither the referrer nor the referee will be eligible for any rewards from other referral campaigns, nor will they receive a trading fee discount voucher from the simple referral setup.
Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this promotional event. Spot or transfer trades executed using a sub-account will not count towards the trading volume requirements.
Reward Distribution:
Each qualified user is entitled to open up to 10 reward boxes during this promotional period.
For Activity A:
Rewards are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. If the total prize pool is exhausted, neither the referrers nor the referees will be eligible for any rewards.
Qualified users must open the reward box during the promotional period. After that, token voucher rewards will be distributed to their reward center within 48 hours. Learn how to redeem the voucher.
A reward box cannot be opened after the promotional period has ended, and any unopened reward boxes will expire.
For Activity B:
Rewards will be distributed in the form of token vouchers to users' reward centers within 14 days after the promotional period ends.
Binance reserves the right to exclude any participant who manipulates the Binance program code or interferes with the operation of the Binance program code with other programs.
Binance reserves the right to exclude and revoke rewards from participants engaged in dishonest or abusive activities during the promotional period, including but not limited to registering from the same IP address or device, aggregated account registrations to collect additional rewards, and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
At Binance's sole discretion, user participation will be considered without any effect, and users will be automatically excluded and barred from accumulating benefits in cases where the following is determined:
Any violations of Binance’s terms of use and compliance policies, as well as attempts at fraud or proof thereof, whether human and/or through the use of technology;
Manipulating results or failing to meet the requirements and provisions set forth in these terms and conditions;
- The user completing incorrect or outdated information or filled with false information may also be liable for ideological or documentary fraud;
Registrations and entries that utilized any technological means or indicate their use, whether electronic, computer, digital, robotic, repetitive, automated, or mechanical and/or similar, with the intent of automatically and/or repeatedly reproducing registrations, whether identical or not, will result in the invalidation of all registrations and entries made by the user who used any of the aforementioned means or for any of the aforementioned purposes, even if not all registrations or entries resulted from the use of these means and/or were executed for this purpose.
Binance reserves the right at any time, at its sole and absolute discretion, to determine and/or modify or change these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending these activities, eligibility conditions and criteria, selecting winners and their number, and the timing of any act to be performed, and all participants must comply with these amendments.
