TreehouseFi: Functional Upgrades and Ecological Expansion of DeFi Fixed Income
As of August 2025, TreehouseFi continues to maintain steady growth in the DeFi fixed income sector, with a TVL across three chains (Ethereum, Arbitrum, Mantle) firmly above $550 million, serving over 66,000 users. Leveraging the functional iteration of tAssets and DOR, it continuously strengthens the capability to connect 'crypto-traditional' assets.
tAssets has recently focused on upgrading functional practicality, introducing a new 'Risk Appetite Automatic Adjustment' feature—after users set their 'Conservative/Balanced/Aggressive' preferences, the system automatically optimizes the allocation ratios of tETH, tUSDC, and RWA monthly based on market interest rate fluctuations (such as changes in MEY arbitrage earnings and RWA interest rate adjustments). Currently, the usage rate of this feature has reached 38%, with users' average earnings improving by 0.6% compared to manual configurations. At the same time, in collaboration with Balancer, a 'tUSDC-USDC Stable Pool' has been launched, offering a 0.3% basic annualized return + Nuts points rewards. The TVL in the pool quickly surpassed $10 million, and tAssets' daily liquidity has increased by 40%.
DOR is advancing new asset interest rate coverage and tool optimization, initiating internal testing for 'Commodity RWA Interest Rates,' initially connecting with crude oil and copper assets (data sourced from the London Metal Exchange), with a full launch expected in early 2026; Société Générale has been added as an institutional quote provider, further enhancing data authority. Currently, the daily data call volume for DOR exceeds 12,000 times, a 25% increase from Q2. For developers, the SDK has introduced 'Interest Rate Hedge Strategy Templates,' allowing developers to directly call and generate fixed-rate financial products, shortening the development cycle by 50%. Three teams have already initiated projects based on this template.
On the ecological side, the 'Gold tAsset' has completed pre-review by the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA), with the custodian Brink's having integrated the asset title confirmation system. Over 2,000 users have made reservations, with a reservation scale reaching $8 million. The community has launched a mechanism for 'Ecological Contribution Exchange for RWA Quotas,' where users can accumulate contribution points by inviting new users and participating in DOR quoting, which can be exchanged for priority subscription quotas for government bond tAssets, driving over 2,500 new users in a single month. In the future, Q1 plans to deploy on the Solana chain and simultaneously launch a 'Multi-Chain Asset Summary Dashboard,' aiming for a TVL exceeding $650 million to further expand ecological coverage. @Treehouse Official #Treehouse $TREE
