Binance has three types of TGE strategies!!!
1. Standard Exclusive TGE
Higher points and consumption requirements for participation, requires consuming 3 BNB to participate within 2 hours, and participants will evenly share the event profits; the event does not require the use of (VPN), no need to rush within the specified time, all participants have the same profit standards; 2 hours after the event ends, participants can redeem their invested BNB and corresponding event tokens, the redeemed tokens can be traded directly.
2. Pre-sale TGE
Slightly lower points and consumption requirements, but the token unlock time is uncertain. After the 2-hour pre-sale event ends, BNB will be refunded, and the tokens redeemed by participants will enter a lock-up period, needing to wait for the project to go live and unlock before trading. Compared to the standard TGE, the event profits of the pre-sale TGE are slightly higher.
3. Curve Subscription TGE
Adopts a purchase mode, tokens successfully subscribed by participants can be quickly sold; requires fewer BNB for participation, the event is conducted in two rounds; unlike the first two types of TGE, participants' profits in this mode vary, users wanting to participate should prepare enough BNB in advance, definitely in advance, as it is first come, first served!
Core Information of TGE (New Token Offering)
1. Simple understanding: The project party releases token shares, participants subscribe at a low price, what you buy is basically all profitable, and the profit depends on the number of tokens and the rise and fall of the token price.
2. Participation requirements: Binance and the project party jointly stipulate that those who meet the points standards and hold BNB can participate, not everyone can join.
3. Operating process: Hold BNB spot → Participate in the event and stake BNB → BNB refunded after the event ends; exclusive TGE tokens can be traded immediately, while pre-sale types require the project party to go live and unlock before trading.
4. Main risk: Fluctuation of BNB token price. Holders can participate directly, while non-holders can borrow tokens or use contracts to hedge risks.
5. Quantity and cost calculation: Each project’s token pool has a specified share, distributed based on the BNB staked in the pool, meaning the more people participate in the staking, the fewer tokens you will receive; the fewer people participate, the more tokens you will receive. The number of tokens you get multiplied by the single cost of the token is the BNB cost that will be deducted from you.
6. Participation cost: Includes token BNB cost (can be checked on the event interface), a small amount of gas fee, (regardless of how many BNB you stake, the same points are consumed, so it is advisable to max out for the best deal) #ALPHA
