As a newbie with no experience patience and NOT be greedy small gains is fine and be cautios all the time and DYOR and invest what you xan afford beacuse its bot always winning

i also lost about $4000 and now i am depressed. not at the position to add more funds😭 i always lose money here.i tried many strategies when i buy its going more down. when i short then coins going up and up and up never come back until liquidate my account or hit my stop loss.
i am not sure what should i do now? how can i recover my loses. ? any suggestions please?
