According to relevant sources, Summer Capital and Avenir Group will participate, partnering with Pantera Capital to launch Solana Company.
It is reported that Summer Capital was established in 2017 and is one of the earliest licensed financial institutions in Asia to participate in digital asset investment. Its portfolio includes Hashkey, Immutable, Upbit, Animoca, etc. Summer Capital is also one of the founding shareholders and largest shareholders of Switzerland's first licensed crypto bank AMINA (formerly SEBA Bank).
