🔑 1. Determined by Price Structure (Price Action)
⚡ Uptrend: Higher highs and higher lows (Higher High – Higher Low).
⚡ Downtrend: Lower highs and lower lows (Lower High – Lower Low).
⚡ Sideway: Prices repeat in a horizontal range, not forming clear new highs/lows.
👉 This is a fundamental method, independent of indicators, very worth practicing.
📊 2. Moving Averages (MA)
⚡ Short-term MA (20, 50): Used for short-term trading.
⚡ Long-term MA (100, 200): To observe the main trend.
🔹 Price above MA → uptrend.
🔹 Price below MA → downtrend.
⚡ Short-term MA crosses above long-term MA (Golden Cross) → signals an uptrend and vice versa.
☁️ 3. Ichimoku Kinko Hyo
⚡ Price above Kumo cloud → uptrend.
⚡ Price below Kumo cloud → downtrend.
⚡ Price within the cloud → sideways, weak trend.
👉 Very powerful in crypto because the market fluctuates in long waves.
