It’s hard to play at the end of a market cycle; making money is very difficult, but losing it is easy. If you’re fully invested and can't escape at the peak, a week of decline can wipe you out.
So I believe that escaping the peak is more important than making money. It’s okay to earn a little less, but failing to escape the peak can easily lead to bankruptcy.
Several rounds of bull and bear markets have taught me that it’s not impressive to make a lot of money; what’s impressive is how much you can hold onto.
Currently, this may not necessarily be the peak, but it is certainly the later stage of the market.
Here, I think the best strategy is to risk a little to gain a lot.
