I was once seen as an outlier in the trading arena—100x leverage?

99% of people asserted that I would undoubtedly lose. But they didn't know that it was this "double-edged sword" that helped me turn the tables, from 2000 USD to 250,000 USD.

Leverage is never the original sin; the real fatal flaw is the loss of control over positions. Looking back on those days when my account was on the verge of zero, I experienced four consecutive liquidations, and friends joked that I was giving money to the exchanges.

But I don't believe in fate; I began to dissect the common trajectories of losers: random position increases, stubbornly holding losing positions, and indecisiveness.

I went the opposite way:

Every day, I anchor to one clear direction, strike when the opportunity arises, ignore all other opportunities, and strictly control each position to be within 3% of my total capital, forbidding averaging down and holding positions. I only use 100x leverage at critical points, strike and retreat, never getting attached to the battle.

There were also times when I missed, but my single losses never exceeded 150 USD. What truly turned my fortunes around were three precise judgments: each time I captured the main upward wave, I immediately locked in profits and exited, causing profits to accumulate like a snowball.

Now, I operate a maximum of two trades per day, without having to stare at the screen until my eyes turn red. There are no flashy indicators, no complex systems; all there is is ironclad discipline.

Many newcomers often blindly copy my methods but end up losing everything because they overlook the most crucial element: respect for risk and control over emotions.

Liquidation is not frightening; what is frightening is straying further down the wrong path.

When you can engrain position management into your bones, and maintain clarity when in profit, leverage will become an amplifier rather than a meat grinder. Whether you believe it or not, I am already on solid ground.
