Caldera's Metalayer is like the 'Meituan Takeout' of the blockchain world, mixing various chains together yet making you feel like you're operating on a single chain. But to be honest, the initial interface felt a bit like using a smartwatch for the first time — powerful but needs some exploration. But once you get the hang of it, that smoothness of 'swipe left for ZK, swipe right for OP' is really nice!
Of course, there are downsides. For example, cross-chain confirmation times can sometimes feel as anxious as waiting for takeout, but considering the money saved and the security of Ethereum, I think it's worth it.
