Recently obsessed with finding early projects in the Caldera ecosystem, sharing some practical methods with friends who are equally interested.
First, follow their official GitHub. In addition to the core code repository, be sure to check the list of ecosystem projects. That's where I discovered NowNodes—a prediction project still in the testing phase, where early participation earned decent testing rewards.
Discord is another treasure trove. Don't just look at the Chinese channels; explore the English technical discussion areas as well. I once saw developers discussing a vulnerability in an NFT marketplace and learned in advance about their upcoming new features.
Offline events are also important. Last week, I attended an online meetup for Caldera. Although the connection was a bit laggy, I heard firsthand about the ecosystem's planning. After the meeting, I directly contacted several project parties and obtained early testing qualifications.
Most importantly, maintain curiosity. The DeFi protocol I’m currently using was discovered by chance on a block explorer, at the time it had a small trading volume, but now it has become a popular project in the ecosystem.
Early opportunities are like shells on the beach, requiring patience to find. The Caldera ecosystem is still in its early stages, and now is the right time to start exploring.
